7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return / Exchange Conditions
• The perfume bottle must be 95%–98% full to be eligible for a return or exchange.
• Products that are excessively used will not qualify for refunds or replacements.
• Customers are requested to record an unboxing video as proof for a smoother and faster resolution process.
Change of Mind
• If you wish to exchange the fragrance due to personal preference, you will be required to bear the shipping charges.
Return Process
1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp (details below).
2. Share your order details along with the unboxing video (if applicable).
3. Ship the product back to us as instructed.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate your refund or exchange.
Refunds
• Refunds will only be processed after the product is received and verified.
• If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be declined.
